Steps

Whip butter & Sugar till light & fluffy, add essence and beaten eggs,mix well

Shift flour with baking powder and fold the flour in creamed mix.add water to get pouring Consistency

Pour this mixture into the greased cake tin and bake it pre heated oven 180 C for 30 minutes

I have made 2 cakes for piano cake.take 1 cake cut into 2 part spread whipped cream and chopped strawberry cover it 2nd part

Take another cake arranged the piano shape,covered with whipped cream,make piano with the help of black gel colour. Make different type flowers with the help of colorful cream.
