Matar Pulao n Aaloo Dum

In cooker take oil.Crackle cumin seeds and peas.Add chopped onions roast for 20 seconds.Then add soaked rice and roast till rice removes oil.Add 2 glass water and salt.cook for 2 whistle.

Matar Pulao is ready.Take out in big vessel add coriander and put the lid off.

Now make the paste of spices.Take all in a mixer jar and grind a soft paste.you can keep this paste for one month for other sabji gravy.In a kadhai heat oil and roast the gravy.

Now making dum aaloo.fry the potatoes with salt and red chili powder.Add roasted potato in gravy and cook until golden.

Roast and add some water for gravy.Dum aaloo is ready.

Now serve matar pulao and aaloo dum and enjoy the picnic.
