Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupMoong dal
  2. 2Green chilli
  3. 1 inchGinger
  4. 1/2 bunchCoriander leaves
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/4 tspred pepper powder
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder (adjust your spiciness)
  8. 2 tbspButter/Oil
  9. 1/4 cupShredded Carrot's
  10. 1/4 cupfinely chopped capsicum
  11. Tomato ketchup to serve

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly take the mixi jar add 2 hour soaked Moong dal, Ginger, Green chilli then add little bit of water and grind to smooth paste.

    Now grinded moong dal mixture transfer to the mixing bowl

    After add red pepper powder, red chilli powder, and salt to taste mix well. Adjust the consistency.

    Now grease the Nonstick tawa with little butter or oil.

    Then take the ladleful of batter and Pour on the greasing tawa. Gently spread it.

    When bubbles comes on top of the batter then flip it. And roast well both sides.

    Lastly spread the grated carrot, chopped capsicum and finely chopped coriander leaves on one side of the moonglets.

    And gently press with the help of spatula. Now remove from tawa.

    Finally healthy vegetable moonglets are ready to serve.
    serve hot with tomato ketchup or coriander chutney.
