Steps

Take a mixing Bowl. Add idli batter, salt, crush ginger garlic green chillies with Chilli cutter. Add handful coriander leaves.

Mix it all well. Add sugar and 1/2 cup water and mix it well in pouring consistency.

Keep steaming vessel on medium flame. Grease the plate.

Take some batter in another bowl add baking soda 1 tsp water. Whisk it till it get pluffy.

Pour the pluffy batter in greased plate/ thali. Sprinkle red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, cumin seeds

Sprinkle coriander leaves. Put the plate in pre heated steamer. Close the lid put the flame Medium -high flame.

Steam it for 15 min. Off the gas and let it get cool.

Take it out from the vessel and put cut by knife. Sprinkle ground nut oil on whole Dhokla.

Super yummy spicy spongy Dhokla is ready. Serve with ketchup. And also can pack for picnic. Enjoyyyyyyyyyyyy with dear friends and family.
