  • 1 cupChana dal
  • 2 tablespoonsOil
  • 1 cupBesan
  • 1 cupSugar

Steps

30 min
  1. 1

    Take a pan. Add oil in it. Add chana dal and roast for 5 mins.

  2. 2

    Add besan and roast for 10 mins on slow flame.

  3. 3

    When colour changes, add roasted chana dal.

  4. 4

    Add sugar and mix well.

  5. 5

    Take mixture into a plain paper.

  6. 6

    Let the mixture cool down.

  7. 7

    Cut cookies in a square shape.

  8. 8

    Store in an airtight container for a month.

  9. 9

    It's ready.
