Steps

Take a pan, add oil, then jeera and curry leaves.

Now add onions, fry till brown and then add ginger garlic paste, cook till raw smell goes off.

Add turmeric,salt,red chilli powder,beetroot,corriamder and mix well.

Add water and cover cook for 10 mins on low flame.

Serve with hot chapati and curd.
