Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsfine semolina
  2. 2 tbspchickpeas flour
  3. 2 tbsprice flour
  4. 2 cupscurd
  5. 2 tspginger garlic chilli paste
  6. 1 cupbottle gourd grated
  7. 1/2 cupfresh coriander chopped
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  10. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  11. 1 tbspsugar
  12. 2 tspwhite sesame seeds
  13. 1/2 tspsoda bi carbonate
  14. As neededOil to Grease the tin

  1. 1

    Take Semolina, chickpeas flour and rice flour in a bowl. Add in salt and water to make a thick batter. Cover and rest it for 15-20 mins. Later add grated bottle gourd and chilli ginger garlic paste into it and combine well.

    Now add turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Add salt to taste and white sesame seeds. Mix well.

    Add chopped coriander, sugar and soda bi carb.and combine well. Grese the muffins tray with oil.

    Pour the batter. Bake in preheated oven at 200°c for 18 mins. Take out the tray apply some oil on top of muffins and again bake for 4-5 mins.

    Serve hot with tea.
