Steps

Take 1cup sabudana in a bowl and wash it twice. Add 2 cups water and soak it for 6-8 hours or overnight.

Grind palak, jeera, green chilli and peanuts.

Take a pan, add oil and curry leaves.

Now add the puree and salt and sugar.

Now add the sabudana and mix well. Cover and cook on low flame for 5 mins.

Garnish wit coriander, mix well and cook for 2 mins.

Serve hot with curd.
