Heat oil in pan.

Put crushed garlic and onion in pan.

Fry till colour start change.

Add tomato paste of 1 tomato.

Cook till it start thicken.

Add chilli powder, salt, tomato sauce and mix herbs.

Switch off the flame.

Pizza sauce is ready.

In a big bowl take wheat flour.

In a medium size bowl, take lukewarm water, sugar, salt and active dry yeast.

Cover and let it set for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes add this mixture in flour.

Add oil and knead a dough.

Leave dough in a warm place for 2 hours.

After this dough become double in size.

Make equal size balls from dough.

Roll balls like chapati on dusted surface.

Prick chapati from fork.

Cook on tawa for a minute.

Turn over and cook from another side.

Pizza base is ready.

Apply pizza Sauce on pizza base.

Put chopped veggies like tomatoes, capsicums, onions and paneer over it.

Put grated cheese over veggies.

Sprinkle mix herbs.

Keep pizza on tawa and cover.

Cook on low flame till cheese melts and you get a nice crust.
