Add the yeast and honey to 3/4 cup warm milk and mix well. Let it froth up for 10 minutes. In a bowl take the wheat flour, add the egg, salt and milk powder. Mix well. Add the milk and knead to a get a soft dough. Add more warm milk if needed. Add the butter and knead for a good 5 to 6 minutes. Once the dough is ready set it aside to proof for 1 hour.

Once the flour doubles in volume put it in a bread loaf tin lined with butter paper. Brush some milk on it and sprinkle the thyme, onion seeds, sesame seeds and oats. Cover and again let it rise for another 30 minutes.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes or till golden. Cool and cut into slices. Enjoy!
