Steps

Take a cooker and add all roughly chopped vegetables and one glass of water cook till blow three whistle. And mashed vegetables and keep aside.

Take a mixture jar and add ginger, garlic,onion and Tomato and make smooth paste.

Take a pan and heat oil then add gravy and saute for couple of minutes now add all gravy masala and cook untill oil is separate from the gravy.

Now add smashed vegetables on gravy mix well.now our bhaji is ready.

Heat the tava and put one tbs of butter and roast paav in one side than flip the paav and add again one tbs butter and roast paav.

Serve with one spoon of butter and coriander leaves on bhaji and buttery paav with salad as per your choice.
