Bhindi and aloo masala

Heat kadai first little fry Potato & bhindi, keep aside. In the same oil fry onion add tomatoes & garlic. Stir it add all dry masala,Salt & green chillies. Scattered little water for frying masala.

Now add fried bhindi & aloo. Mix thoroughly, sprinkle little water. Allow to cook. Now turn off flame. Cover the lid.

Bhindi & aloo masala is ready.
