1/2 kgtomato
1carrot
1small onion
4-5 clovegarlic
1small piece zinger
1/4 tspblack salt
1/2 tspblack pepper powder
to tasteSalt
1/2 tspsugar
1 tspfresh cream optional
1/2 tspbutter optional
1 tspchopped coriander

Steps

Firstly roughly chopped veggies. Now pressure cook all baggie.

After cool vaggies griend & strain.

Take a vok add butter & vaggies mixture add water, salt & pepper boil 5 m.

Serve hot garnish with coriander & fresh cream.
