Steps

Wash the veggies & put them in cooker with 5 cup water except paneer

Give 2 -3 whistles. Switch off the flame & let it cool down.

Open the lid & add all the ingredients,sauces,butter.Cook on low flame till it becomes thick according to your taste.

Add paneer & boiled chowmein in it.

Serve hot.
