Steps

First you can wash all the veggies and chopped.

In a pan put oil heat it than add garlic ginger paste,onion and saute it.

Add all the veggies fry for 5 mints. Add soya sauce,red chilli sauce,tomato sauce,salt and fry for 1 mint in the high flame than add water become boil than you can add vinegar.

After you can add cornflour liquid and boil for 5 mints.

Veg manchow soup is ready.
