Pav bhaji is very healthy for in winter season because in winter that is so many clean vegetables so today I make Hara bhara masala with so many green vegetables,
This Pav is homemade pav.
I make masala without potato onion and garlic if you want to make then you can use potato instead of raw banana and use onion and garlic.

First take a small grinder add coriander green chilli boiled spinach green tomato and grind it. Then take a nonstick pan and heat butter or oil. Then add capsicum Stir well then add this paste and saute for 1 minute. Then add pav bhaji masala powder turmeric powder and some water then stir and mix well. Then mash everything in the pan using a masher.

Cover and cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Then add coriander and lemon juice and then again cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer the prepared green party on a serving plate garnish with chopped coriander and butter served hot with toasted pav and lemon wedges on one side then heat another pan and roast the pav with butter till golden and crispy.
