Ingredients

6-8 persons
  • 1/2 kgmutton mince
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tbspRed chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric
  • 300 gmyogurt
  • 2medium Onions (finely cut)
  • 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 6whole black pepper
  • 3cloves
  • 2Black cardamoms
  • 1Small stick cinnamon
  • 1 tspBlack pepper powder
  • 1 tspGaram masala powder
  • 1&1/2 cup Oil
  • 6-8medium size green chillies(without seeds) cut into 2 pieces
  • Water as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Take oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and mince. Bhonofy it.

  2. 2

    Now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, onions, cloves, black pepper, cardamoms and cinnamon. Bhonofy it and add water in it. Cook it till mince fully cooked.

  3. 3

    Now add yogurt, black pepper powder, garam masala powder and cook it for 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Now add green chillies and simmer it for 1-2 minutes.

  5. 5

    Serve it hot with Sheermal/ Naan
