2 cupssprouted moong beans
1small sized finally chopped onion
1small size finally chopped tomato
1/2 cupfinally chopped carrot
1/2 cupfinally chopped cucumber
1/4 teaspoonred chilli powder
1 teaspoonlemon juice
1/2 teaspoonchaat masala
1 tablespooncoriander chutney
as per tasteSalt or black salt
2 tbspsev

Firstly sprouts the moong beans.

Once the moong sprouts are ready, rinse them in water.

Mix all the ingredients listed above.

Garnish with lemon and some chopped coriander leaves.

Sprinkle some sev. Serve moong sprouts chaat immediately.
