Let the cream cheese sit at room temperature for 20 minutes to make it easier to mix. You can use a 6-inch baking mold (line it with parchment paper) or a disposable baking mold.

Mix the cream cheese until smooth, about 2 minutes.

Add the granulated sugar in three parts, mixing for 1 minute each time.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating for about 1 minute each time.
