Cooking Instructions

Firstly take bread slices and cut the brown colour edges and take the mixing bowl add bread slices or milk powder. (grind without adding water to make bread crumbs.)

Add milk Gradually means little by liittle adding milk to bread crumbs then knead the smooth dough. Rest for 5 mins.

For sugar syrup :- in pan add 1 cup sugar and half cup water. Stir well, till sugar dissolved in water.

Add cardamom powder and kesar mix well. After boil it 5 mins or more until it comes 1 string consistency. To check it with 2 fingers. When syrup is ready now off the flame and keep aside.

Now take the dough knead another few minutes to smooth dough. Then grease the hands with oil or ghee and make a small balls without cracks on it.

Heat the oil or ghee, once oil is heat sufficiently. fry all prepared jamuns in low to medium flame until they turns golden brown colour.

After add the fried jamuns in sugar syrup. Leave it for 5 mins then remove it.

Finally garnish with dry fruits now Delicious instant Bread jamun is ready to serve.
