Cut gobhi (cauliflower) in flourets. Chop the excess stem (danthal) & leaves attach. Soft part of stems (danthal) are also used in cooking. Wash the chop gobhi thoroughly. Slice one onion.heat oil in a pan.add chop ginger julians & chop garlic.fry till smells arise.add sliced onions & fry to pink. Add zeera & methidana.let it pop.add chop tomato & fry.add little water & cover till tomatoes are soft. Add lal mirch,salt,haldi & fry masala till oil seprates.mash the soft tomatoes with spoon.

When masala is fried,add chop cauliflower & diced potatoes.mix well in masala. Add 1/2 cup water.cover & let it cook over medium heat till both are tender. If needed add more water.when aloo gobhi both are tender, mix well in masala to have a balance texture. Add green chillies and cover.turn off heat.sprinkle garam masala before serving.garnish with hara dhania & soya.eat with chapati & enjoy with Cookpad.
