Boil potatoes and peas mash them and heat some oil in pan add mustard seeds asafodeia curry leaves than add mashed mixture and add all masalas like salt turmeric chilli powder coriander powder garam masala ginger garlic paste etc and combine well and keep aside.

Prepare batter by taking gram flour water pinch turmeric salt pinch eno or soda and whisk it place eqch bread into batter and gently coat with batter and fry them into hot oil till golden brown.your pakoras are ready to serve with ur favourite chutneys.
