Ingredients

  • 4 slicesbig size white bread
  • 2boiled potatoes
  • 1 cupgram flour
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  • Pinchturmeric powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • Pinchasafoetida
  • Pinchsoda
  • as neededOil
  • as neededWater
  • 4/5curry leaves
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • Handfulgreen peas(optional)
  • Handfulchopped coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil potatoes and peas mash them and heat some oil in pan add mustard seeds asafodeia curry leaves than add mashed mixture and add all masalas like salt turmeric chilli powder coriander powder garam masala ginger garlic paste etc and combine well and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Arrange bread slices on flat surface or chopping board place potato mixture over slices cover each slice with another side press gently and cut each sandwich into 2 triangles.

  3. 3

    Prepare batter by taking gram flour water pinch turmeric salt pinch eno or soda and whisk it place eqch bread into batter and gently coat with batter and fry them into hot oil till golden brown.your pakoras are ready to serve with ur favourite chutneys.
