1Onion
1Tomato
1Carrot
1Capsicum
1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder
1/2 teaspoonHing
1 teaspoonOil

Take a pan. Add oil in it

Add hing. Add onion, carrot and saute well
3

Add capsicum and tomato and saute for a while
4

Add all spices and mix well
5

Add water and boil it
6

When water reduces switch off the flame
7

Mix well it's ready
