  1. 500 gmsblack grams overnight soaked
  2. 4Tomatoes
  3. 1 tbspoil
  4. 1 tbspcumin seeds
  5. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  6. 2 tbspgaram masala
  7. 1 handfulcoriander leaves
  8. 2green chilli
  9. 1 pinchasfortedia
  10. ForRice-
  11. 1 cupRice
  12. 2 cupswater
  13. 1 tbspoil
  14. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Soak overnight and boil Black Grams for five to six whistles in the pressure cooker.

    Heat the oil, add cumin seeds then asafoetida then tomatoes puree and add rest seasoning including coriander powder, garam masala and red chilli powder and stir till it gives oil.

    Mix the boiled Grams with above masala and garnish with coriander.

    Firstly add oil and cumin seeds then add rice and water in the pressure cooker for a whistle for five minutes. And your rice or Chawal are ready.

    Serve hot yummy delicious and Tasty Chole Chawal.
