Wash karela and cut into 2 pieces, now make slices of karela sprinkle salt keep aside for half and hour then in a bowl add corn flour and rice atta, amchur,chat masala,and haldi mix them together now sprinkle on karela drain out saltwater from karela. Keep aside for 10 mins heat oil on the flame on fast flame add karela fry them till it's become crispy transfer to plate sprinkle red mirchi powder and Dhaniya powder so ready to serve transfer to plate.
