1large shami kabab
1burger bun
1Egg
1/4 tspSalt
1/4 tspBlack pepper
1 tblsMilk
1 tblsmayonnaise
1 tblsketchup
1 tblsoil

Steps

Beat egg with salt, pepper and milk.

Heatup oil and make an omelette. Set aside.

Toast bunns. Spread ketchup in one side of bun and set shami kabab on it.

Spread mayonnaise on it and set omelette on mayonnaise. Cover with another side of bun. Enjoy.
