Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 cupbroken wheat
  • 1 cupgrated jaggery
  • 2cardamom
  • 3 tablespoonsDesi ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and drain broken wheat.

  2. 2

    Take ghee add broken wheat and saute till golden in colour.

  3. 3

    To this add cardamom and jaggery and cook till jaggery melts.

  4. 4

    Add enough water and cook for 4 to 5 whistles
