Boil aloo cool and mash it add ginger garlic chilli paste, salt, haldi, pinch garam masala, fresh Coriander kadhi patta.Mix well heat the pan add oil and mustard seed crackle it now add hing pour into aloo masala mix all over now make balls from the dough.

In a bowl add besan salt and make batter dip the vadas into the batter and fry in hot oil until golden in colour. Transfer to plate serve with tomato sauce and green chutney.
