  1. 1-2 quartswater
  2. 1medium onion, diced
  3. 1medium potato, diced
  4. 2-5bay leaves
  5. 5-10whole peppers
  6. 2 t.Salt
  7. 1 Tbutter
  8. 1 c.Macaroni
