Ingredients

  • 1onion sliced
  • 2tsps chopped garlic
  • 2 tbspschopped ginger
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 1/2lime juiced
  • 8 tbspsdessicated coconut blended in 1/2 pint water
  • Chicken sliced precooked or diced uncooked
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspavocado oil
  • Pepper
  • 1 tbspcoconut aminos

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the onion garlic and ginger in the avocado oil for a few minutes

  2. 2

    Add the turmeric then the chicken and cook for 2 further minutes

  3. 3

    Add the lime juice, coconut aminos and the coconut milk.

  4. 4

    Heat through and cook in a slow cooker for 4 -6 hours. Serve with rice.
