Unique Mooli Paratha Recipe

Take one mooli with leaves.

Grate mooli & chopped leaves.

Take a mixing bowl.

Add wheat flour.

Add 2 tbsp besan.

Add 4 tbsp mooli leaves finely chopped.

Add 1 tbsp coriander leaves.

Add ½ tsp salt, ½ jeera, ½ ajwain, 1 tsp oil.

Mix well knead a semi-soft dough.

Cover & rest 15 mins.

Heat a pan and add 2 tbsp oil.

Add jeera and mustard seeds.

Add green chilli & Ginger garlic paste & fry one min.

Add mooli and leaves.

Add salt,haldi powder, red chilli powder, and dhaniya powder.

Mix well and cover and cook 2 to 3 mins on low flame.

Add 3 to 4 tbsp besan.

Again cover and cook 3 mins on low flame.

Add 2 tbsp coriander leaves.

Make six portions of dough and stuffing.

Take one portion of dough and roll it.

Place one stuffing's portion in it and seal properly.

Set properly stuffing.

Again roll it.

Heat a pan and roast paratha on both sides.

Apply Ghee or Oil on paratha
