Ingredients

  • 1 kgpaluk
  • 1 cupmaithi kay leaves
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 2onions
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1 Tbssabut garam masala
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli
  • 1 tspdhuniya powder
  • 1 cupcottage cheese
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Paluk ko kaat kar boil kar lain.

  2. 2

    Boiled paluk ko blender main blend kar lain.

  3. 3

    Onion ko kaat kar oil main light brown krain.

  4. 4

    Ab ismain ginger garlic paste add krain.

  5. 5

    Salt, chilli and dhuniya powder add krain.

  6. 6

    Garam masala add krain.

  7. 7

    Pani ka chita(spray) laga kar bhon lain.

  8. 8

    Ab maithi kay leaves grind kar kay add krain. Fresh maithi na ho to dry maithi use krain.

  9. 9

    Maithi ko itna bhon lain kay wo blackish ho jaey.

  10. 10

    Ab paluk add krain aur puknay dain.

  11. 11

    Jub dry honay lagay to milk add kar dain.

  12. 12

    Mazeed puknay dain jub tuk mukamal dry na ho jaey.

  13. 13

    Cottage cheese ko kaat kar oil main fry kar lain.

  14. 14

    Paluk ko dish out krain aur cheese say garnishing kar dain.
