Avocado Chutney (South Indian Style)
This Chutney goes well with Idly, Dosa, Chapathi, Bread
Cooking Instructions

Chop onions, tomatoes, chillies, Ginger and garlic roughly. Add a teaspoon of cooking oil to a hot pan.

Saute onions, chillies and ginger and garlic pieces for about 2 minutes. Then add the cut tomatoes and saute for about a minute.

Switch the stove off. Scoop the flesh of avacado and cut it into small chunks. Mix it to the hot mixture. Let it cool off.

Once the mixture is completely cooled off, put the content into a blender and blend it nicely. Now our creamy avacado chutney is ready.

For extra flavour, temper the Chutney with Mustard seeds and Curry leaves (completely optional).
