Cooking Instructions

In blender jar take chopped fresh coconut, green chili, roasted chana dal, cilantro and curry leaves.

Add salt to taste and pinch of sugar. Grind this without adding any water. When it grinding in coarse add little bit of water.

Grind in smooth paste texture. Transfer into a bowl. Meanwhile prepare tempering for this.

In a small saucepan add some oil, add Urad dal, mustard seeds, dry red chili. When the mustard seeds started spluttering, add asafetida and curry leaves.

Pour into chutney and enjoy this with any dishes.
