  9. 1 tspdry mango powder
  10. 2 pinchturmric powder

    Take a pan heat oil add musterd seed and zeera

    Add green chilli chopped

    Add mashed potato

    Put salt,red chilli,turmric powder, dry mango powder

    Mix well

    Sprinkle coriander leaves

    Take idli tray grease it

    Put some idli better

    Then put potato mixture

    Than put idli better on the potato mixture

    Put idli stand on the flame

    Put water in the pot

    Then keep idli plate

    Cover with lid

    Steam it for 15 min.

    After 15 min. Take out the plate

    Noe take a pan heat oil

    Adf zeera and musterd seed

    Then add green chilli and curry patta

    Add a pinch turmric powder

    Then add steam idli fry it

    Ready to eat serve with tomato sauce
