Ingredients

  • 1big potato peeled and diced
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1 tspchopped ginger
  • 2chopped green chilli
  • 1 tspjeera / cumin
  • 1 small spoon salt
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • as neededoil for cooking
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • as neededraita boondi

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil,add cumin,When get golden put chopped tomato along with spices, make it soft and mix well.

  2. 2

    Now add potato cut pieces and put one medium glass water and give two to three whistle.

  3. 3

    Open the cooker and add pakodi (boondi,raita boondi).

  4. 4

    Cover the lid for few seconds now it is ready to eat with chappati.
