Boil brain in water with turmeric for 5 minutes then discard the vains.

Boil kidney and heart half.

Heat oil on large griddle (tawa) add onions and fry till golden brown.

Now add Ginger garlic paste and tomatoes cook for 3 mins.

Now add kidney and heart cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes. Then break pieces of kidney and meat with spoon.

Add brain, grans chapli kabab masala and red chilli powder cover and cook for 10 minutes.

After add in yogurt, kasori methi, garam masala powder, oil and salt.Again cover and cook until done.

Garnish with green coriander, green chilies and ginger.

Serve hot with tandoori paratha or tandoor roti 😋
