Take a pan add oil and let it be hot add,mustard, asofotida,saunf, sesame seed mix well until it crackled, add green chilli,curry leaves, mix well add turmric powder and off the flame.take other bowl put mased potetos and ready tadka in to it, put salt,lemon juice and mix well,masala ready,make ball and let it be cool down.

Make batter for masala take besan put salt,red chilli add water little little and make lump free batter.

Take mixer jar add all chuney thing grind it well.chutney ready.(dont add water)

Put oil for frying,from masala we make ball put it in the batter and roll nicely put it in hot oil and fry untill golden brown.

Ready vada, cut buns from middle apply turmrind chutney 1 side place vada,put dry garlic chutney and serve.

Ready to serve hot.
