Add besan in bowl and add salt, chilli powder, soda and mix it and make batter for pakoda and deep fry till it's golden brown.

Take curd add water besan, turmeric powder, salt, sugar and mix it well to avoid lumps. Then turn on the gas and cook the mixture till it gets thick, then add pakodas to it.

For tadka, add ghee to pan then add rai, jeera, onions, cloves, cinnamon and add this to kadhi.

Take bowl add rice and kadhi on the top of rice and sprinkle it with some coriander, onion and serve it hot.
