Fry lentil dumplings into hot oil and keep aside. Into the oil add panchforon,bay leaves and dry red chillies and saute for 15 seconds. Add vegetables and salt. Saute for 5 minutes.

Add tomato and using lid cook for 10 minutes in low flame. Add grated coconut and sugar. Cook until the vegetables be soft. If necessary add 1/2 cup of water and let it evaporate. Add roasted masala powder, garam masala powder, lentil soup and ghee. Ready to serve with roti, rice or khichuri.
