Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbesan
  2. 4potatoes boiled mashed
  3. 2green chillies
  4. 1/2 bowlcoriander leaves
  5. 10curry leaves
  6. 1/2ginger
  7. 1/2 spoongarlic paste
  8. 1/2peas boiled
  9. As neededOil for frying
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1turmeric powder
  12. 1 tspchilli powder
  13. 1 tspsugar
  14. PinchBaking soda

Steps

  1. 1

    Take mashed potatoes add salt,sugar to it.

    Make paste of green chilli coriander leaves ginger curry leaves and heat oil in a pan add paste and turmeric Powder and potatoes,peas mix it well Cook for a while take on plate.

    In a bowl mix besan,salt, chilli powder and mix make thick paste add garlic paste mix well.Add pinch of soda to it and mix.

    Make balls of potato mixture and dip in the besan batter and fry golden crisp.

    Take pav slit it keep Vada inthe middle serve with chetney.
