1. In a big bowl, transfer the Flour, Add Ghee, Salt.
2.Mix it well
3.Kneed a soft dough by adding little spinach paste at a time.
4.Kneed for 4-5 Minutes, Cover it and Keep it aside. - 2
1. Take a pan heat 1 Spoon Oil, Now add Cumin, Carrom seeds & Cilantro seeds (Cook until they get fragrant)
2.Add Beans, Onion, Tomato, Ginger and cook until it gets soft.
3.Add all the Spices by giving it a nice Stir(Adjust the Spices as per taste)
4.Add fresh cilantro
5.Mix well
6.Cook for 2 Minutes.Stuffing is ready

*As our dough is well rested now.
* Roll 2 Lemon size balls to make 1 Paratha
