Ingredients

  • 2 cupwholewheat flour
  • 1 bunchSpinach Boiled (Make smooth Paste in grinder)
  • 2 SpoonGhee/Oil
  • 1/4 SpoonSalt
  • 1Onion (Finely Chopped)
  • 1Tomato (Finely Chopped)
  • 1/2 inchGinger (Finely Chopped)
  • 3 cupsBeans (Finely Chopped)
  • Hand full of Finely Chopped Ciantro
  • 1 spoonCumin Seeds
  • 1/2 SpoonCarom seeds
  • 1/3 SpoonCorainder seeds (Crushed)
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteRed Chilli powder or green Chilli
  • Pinchsugar
  • 1/2Garam masala
  • 1/2Chat Masala
  • OIL for Paratha frying

Steps

  1. 1

    1. In a big bowl, transfer the Flour, Add Ghee, Salt.
    2.Mix it well 
    3.Kneed a soft dough by adding little spinach paste at a time.
    4.Kneed for 4-5 Minutes, Cover it and Keep it aside.

    1. Take a pan heat 1 Spoon Oil, Now add Cumin, Carrom seeds & Cilantro seeds (Cook until they get fragrant)
    2.Add Beans, Onion, Tomato, Ginger and cook until it gets soft.
    3.Add all the Spices by giving it a nice Stir(Adjust the Spices as per taste)
    4.Add fresh cilantro 
    5.Mix well
    6.Cook for 2 Minutes.

    Stuffing is ready

    Now best part of the recipe let's stuff the paratha :)))
    *As our dough is well rested now.
    * Roll 2 Lemon size balls to make 1 Paratha 
    *Flatten it to make 2 Chapati (Keep
