In a bowl take chopped onion, chopped potato, chopped tomato, chopped green chilli,all chutneys, salt and mix well.

Dry roast murmura for 5-7 mins on low flame.This will make it crispy.Add murmura and some crushed puris to the above mixture and mix well.

Add roasted peanuts, chopped coriander and mix well.

Garnish with lemon juice, sev and puri. U can adjust the quantity of chutney as per ur taste.

Tomato chutney is made using tomatoes, garlic, kashmiri chilli, spicy chilli, salt and sugar. Tamarind chutney : is made using tamarind, jaggery, red chilli powder, jeera powder,and salt. Green chutney: is made using mint, coriander, green chillies, onion, tamarind pulp, salt, jeera powder and jalajeera powder.
