Peanut Hummus

While everyone strives to make the most velvety smooth hummus, I am here taking a completely different approach.
I actually made it grainy, and oddly enough, loved it.

I had ran out of sesame seeds and hence, couldn't make tahini, which imparts the quintessential nuttiness to hummus. But then I spotted peanuts lying around, which I decided to make a chunky peanut butter of.

Just roasted peanuts blitzed with a tiny bit of butter(cheat) till it became like a paste, and then used that for my hummus 🙌

Here's how I made my peanut butter hummus.
