Wash carrot and dice put aside

Was onion, dice put aside

In a sufuria, fry onions till translucent.

Add in carrots and stir 1 min

Add water double amount of your rice, mine was 4cuos so I added 8 cups of water.

Bring to boil, add salt to taste.

Wash your rice and add to the boiling water.

Cook on medium heat till water is drained. By now the rice should have cooked and not mashed.

Serve with your stew of choice.
