Ingredients

15 mins
  • 2and half cups Flour
  • 1 cupvegetable oil
  • 1 TeaspoonSalt
  • Sugar (optional)
  • Water

Steps

  1. 1

    To the bowl of flour, add in the vegetable oil, salt and sugar(optional). Mix.

  2. 2

    Add water gradually and mix till a soft dough is formed.

  3. 3

    Rub oil on your palms and mould dough into small round balls.

  4. 4

    Flatten dough balls on a flat plate and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
