Steps
- 1
Switch on your gas, put a pan over it. Give some time to heat the pan. The flame should be in low up to last.
- 2
Add all the fine pieces of red carrots into the pan. (By the help of grater you can make fine pieces of carrot.)
- 3
Add milk into the pan, boiled it in low flame. Then add some elaichi. Cook it minimum for 40 minutes.
- 4
Add sugar when the texture colour is red and dry(after 40 minutes). You can add a pinch of salt if you want. Then cook it for more 5 to 8 minutes.
- 5
Put another pan on gas with low flame.
- 6
Add your desi ghee and fry your all dry foods. You can say it's a tadka for halwa.
- 7
Mix the fried dry foods into your Halwa. And switch off your gas.

IMPORTANT : DONT PUT SUGAR BEFORE 40 MINUTES OTHERWISE IT WILL FORM TO GAJAR KHEER.
