At first wash and runs poha.then
take the rinsed poha in a large bowl and pou milk.mix well and allow to soak for 5,6minutes - 2
Now heat oil in a pan. Musters seeds, cumin, hing, ginger, 1 chilli.
Saute little.
Then add peas and ½ tsp sugar.saute for a minute. - 3
Cook until the peas are cooked well.
Now add garam masala and salt.
saute and mix al the spices well. - 4
Now time to Add soaked poha and mix.cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Now add 2 tsp lemon juice and 2 tbsp coriander. mix well.
finally, enjoy chura matar with ginger tea.
