Peel and grate potatoes. Chop the dhania

Add in the spices, egg and dhania and mix.

Heat and add vegetable oil to your pan.

Make your potato mixture into sizeable patties and place on the hot oil. Fry until golden brown on each side.

Drain excess oil and serve with your favourite sauce.
