Grind tomato, coconut & red chilli in mixer grinder into fine puree, transfer in a bowl then add rava, salt, chopped curry leaves, chopped coriander, cashews & raisins, asafoetida and water as needed to make thin batter.

Heat nonstick Dosa tava, pour the batter and let it set itself pour oil around the dosa and cook till crisp on medium flame.

Fold the tasty colourful crispy tomato Rava Dosa and it's ready serve hot with coconut chutney in a plate.
